Amentum is seeking a proactive, well-organised Project Manager to join our team in Warsaw and lead complex engineering and technical projects for PEJ Sp z o.o. You will own assigned projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will work with technical leads, project controls, and client representatives, maintaining strong client relationships and effective governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, project management, business or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role within engineering, technical or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of engineering, design, procurement, safety case, construction and commissioning management.
• Strong PM principles: scope, schedule, cost, risk, change management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Polish and English fluency, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of assigned projects, ensuring safety, scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and baselines with leads and controls teams.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Identify and manage risks with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and governance documentation.
• Support proposals, tenders and commercial documentation.
