Job summary

A leading IT consultancy firm is looking for a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions. This fully remote position requires 6-8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE and customization. Candidates should have knowledge of Power Platform and API integrations. The job is based on a B2B contract with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and implement Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Customize and configure CRM applications, including entities, forms, workflows and BPFs
  • Develop integrations with external systems and services using APIs, plugins and Azure resources
  • Manage solution deployment across multiple environments, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Implement and maintain security roles, business units and data access models
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts and other developers to translate functional needs into technical solutions
  • Enhance applications with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality, integrations and performance
  • Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform roadmap and recommend improvements
