Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer or Engineering Leader to join a project building a self-service platform that enables automated provisioning of infrastructure and environments for new digital solutions using a low-code/no-code approach.

The role involves leading DevOps activities, driving platform development, and collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid setup with one day per week at the client’s office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps activities to ensure efficient infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
• Drive the development of a self‑service platform for developers and business users.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with business objectives.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across the project.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Utilize Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure to streamline workflows.
• Implement and manage Crossplane and Argo CD for effective resource management.
