Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to deploy, maintain, and optimize Magento apps on a Red Hat stack. You will manage containerized workloads with Docker/Podman, architect Azure infrastructure, and build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Infosec on SAST/SCA, enhancing monitoring with New Relic/Dog or Grafana, and ensuring high performance and security. English required; remote/hybrid or office in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or SRE.
• Strong Linux system administration skills, specifically with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Deep understanding of the LEMP stack and tuning it for high-performance web apps, ideally Magento.
• Hands-on expertise with Docker, Podman, and Docker Compose.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly with Azure Compute and advanced networking configurations.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of vulnerability management and integrating SAST/SCA tools into deployment.
• Strong observability experience with tools like New Relic, Datadog, or Grafana.
• Advanced level of English.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join a mixed team working on a mature project. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing Magento applications on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux stack, while leveraging your expertise in cloud engineering and CI/CD pipeline automation. You can work remotely, in a hybrid setup, or from one of our offices across Poland.

Your tasks

• Deploying, maintaining, and optimizing Magento applications on a RHEL8 LEMP stack
• Managing containerized workloads using Docker, Podman, and Docker Compose
• Architecting and supporting Azure cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure Compute and advanced networking configurations
• Building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and Azure DevOps
• Collaborating with Infosec teams to review SAST/SCA scan results and remediating vulnerabilities across the OS and application layers
• Implementing and managing monitoring and observability solutions using New Relic or similar tools to ensure system uptime and performance

Requirements
