This role begins with a focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and provisioning automation and evolves into a broader enablement function—empowering engineering teams to adopt platform capabilities, improve the developer experience, and scale best practices across the organization. By scaling DevOps culture and automation across the organization, we aim to accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and foster continuous improvement—providing standardized, automated, and cost-efficient solutions for a seamless, self-service developer experience.***Job Description and Requirements*****Responsibilities*** **DevOps Advocacy**: Collaborate with engineering teams to promote DevOps principles, automation, and shared platform capabilities.* **Enablement Support:** Contribute to onboarding and training efforts by preparing materials and assisting in sessions on Engineering Systems tools, DevOps practices, and platform services.* **Platform Operations**: Maintain and improve workflows automation, orchestration pipelines, and supporting infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.* **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with teammates and adjacent teams to align enablement efforts with technical roadmaps and best practices. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and how-to guides for internal tools and services.* **Operational Excellence:** Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving reliability and observability of Engineering Systems.
