Job summary

SEIDOR in Warsaw seeks a Senior DevOps & Deployment Engineer to join our ICT team, driving deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure-based environments for enterprise applications. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in release management and modern software release practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and practical experience in software deployment, release management, and CI/CD for mission-critical, complex enterprise systems.
• Strong experience designing, maintaining, and automating CI/CD pipelines, particularly for ASP.NET applications, using Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines and other build and deployment tools.
• Strong experience administering and troubleshooting ASP.NET applications hosted on Microsoft IIS, including application pools, websites, bindings, SSL certificates, and authentication mechanisms.
• Good knowledge of application servers, development tools, RDBMS, and Git-based development workflows.
• Knowledge of Active Directory integration, Group Policies, service accounts, and Windows security concepts.
• Ability to automate application deployments and environment configuration updates.
• Knowledge of RUP and/or Agile methodologies and modern software development and release practices.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to participate effectively in multilingual meetings and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Support ICT team in application build, integration and deployment - Both backend and client devices (mobile, PC)
• Support ICT team in system environment management and configuration
• Support project team in system tests
• Monitor and analyze functioning of system on daily basis
• Monitor system performance and health
• Report and coordinate technical issues related to system environments
• Coordinate and communicate with system vendor/contractor regarding all technical issues on behalf of Frontex ICT
• Providing support to ICT staff and project teams in deployment of development environment in Azure
