Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Deployment Architect to own the deployment and enablement lifecycle for our enterprise customers. You will partner with Account and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of Hightouch into customers' data infrastructures and act as the product expert translating complex requirements into actionable plans.

You will design scalable deployment frameworks, lead technical discovery sessions, create deployment docs, and drive time-to-value while maintaining flexibility for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years in technical implementation or solutions architecture.
• Proven track record with complex enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment for enterprise customers.
• Design scalable deployment frameworks for diverse clients.
• Run discovery sessions with data teams and stakeholders.
• Create detailed deployment documentation and data models.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to remove blockers.
• Standardize processes to improve efficiency and value.
