Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale software development or platform delivery projects.
• Strong background in CI/CD, test automation, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with large cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containerization, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with IAM/RBAC principles, observability tools, and performance monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Define and refine development lifecycle stages across distributed teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for structural improvements.
• Design and rollout of a centralized developer platform.
• Support onboarding of teams and ensure feedback loops.
• Optimize engineering workflows through automation.
• Enhance observability and performance monitoring.
