Your profile
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Econometrics, or Advanced Analytics.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining Marketing Mix Models (MMM) at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data manipulation, modelling, and visualization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, CPx, media elasticity, saturation, adstock, etc.).
  • Experience working with marketing and sales data from sources such as Google, Meta, Salesforce, or Adobe.
  • Solid grasp of statistical modelling, Bayesian inference, and regression analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice‑to‑have:

  • Experience with Google Meridian, Robyn, or other MMM frameworks.
  • Knowledge of incrementality testing or attribution modelling.
  • Background in FMCG, retail, or media analytics.
  • Front‑end programming skills (e.g., Streamlit, React, RShiny, etc.).
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and validate Marketing Mix Models to quantify marketing impact and ROI across multiple touchpoints.
  • Develop robust data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and validation across various sources (digital, CRM, media spend, and sales).
  • Apply econometric and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, Bayesian modelling, time‑series analysis) to explain business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, and data engineering teams to align on KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Automate MMM workflows using Python, R, and cloud‑based tools (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, business‑oriented manner.
  • Support model governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of MMM frameworks.
