Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to take ownership of a business space with algorithmic model needs. You will work across ML, deep learning, GenAI, and optimization models to deliver measurable impact for billions of consumers and a global dataset.

You will join a world-class team of data scientists across the globe and help scale our AI Factory platform with production-grade code and resilient pipelines.

Qualifications

• Masters in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of production-grade DS experience across the algorithmic lifecycle.
• Strong coding and data analytics skills; excellent collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own an algorithmic model space and partner with product teams.
• Develop insights to steer the algorithm evolution roadmap.
• Model on large datasets and translate to actionable recommendations.
• Apply ML, statistics and optimization methods to business problems.
• Build resilient production-grade data pipelines and code.
