Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join a newly formed analytics team within a leading global company in the tobacco sector. You will focus on predictive modeling, consumer insights, and translating analytics into actionable business decisions.

Based in Rzeszów, you will build models (churn, propensity, segmentation), analyze marketing data, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive data-driven growth and clear business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data prep.
• Python for data analysis, modeling, and validation (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
• Experience with large datasets and ETL processes.
• Ability to interpret analytical results for business impact.
• Strong English communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize predictive models (churn, propensity, segmentation, CLV, recommendations).
• Analyze consumer and marketing data across multiple sources.
• Model customer journeys using AI/ML techniques.
