Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ML engineer to design and implement probabilistic methods for extracting signals from large healthcare datasets and to train next-generation models at scale.

You will own model performance, develop ETL pipelines for massive data, and collaborate with data science and engineering teams to push predictive power and efficiency. Strong English and hands-on Python experience are required, with modern offices in Szczecin and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and monitoring ML models for production use.
• Experience with data and ML engineering, including ML-facing ETL over very large datasets.
• Proficient in Python data science libraries and rapid prototyping of models.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measuring existing model performance and identifying improvements.
• Designing new methodology and training next-gen models for predictive power and scalability.
• Extracting entities from heterogeneous sources and linking across large healthcare datasets.
• Designing and implementing probabilistic entity linking and matching.
• Exploring graph technologies and graph theory.
• Building analytics data stores, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines.
