Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join a project building an AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing. You will design and implement entity extraction, linking, and resolution at scale, reconciling large datasets into reliable entities and attributes.

You will own the linking pipeline end to end, apply graph ML techniques, and work on production-grade data pipelines using Python, SQL, FastAPI, and modern data warehouses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production ML or data science experience with hands-on entity linking at scale.
• Proficient Python, production-grade, tested and type-hinted code.
• Strong SQL and hands-on with FastAPI, Docker, pytest, Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with probabilistic match scoring and evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with graph algorithms and embeddings/GNNs.
• Experience with ETL over large datasets and data-quality monitoring.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks and graph tech like Neo4j.

Responsibilities

• Extract entities and attributes from diverse sources, including warehouses and documents.
• Design and implement probabilistic entity linking and deduplication at scale.
• Own the end-to-end linking pipeline including scoring and calibration.
• Link entities to controlled vocabularies for consistency across sources.
• Apply graph ML techniques for clustering, centrality and link prediction.
• Build and maintain data and graph estates with transformation and monitoring.
• Improve algorithms in response to changing data sources and volumes.
