Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw, within HelloTech, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist focused on Demand Forecasting. You will design and implement time-series and causal models that influence global supply chain decisions and work with ML engineers to productionize models.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product and demand planning in an international environment, leveraging modern tech stacks and GenAI to accelerate solutions and coach team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in a quantitative field or related.
• 3+ years in demand forecasting with time-series and causal models.
• Strong Python and scientific stack experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize demand forecasting time series and causal models.
• Collaborate with forecasting data scientists, ML engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Propose new modeling approaches and improve models iteratively.
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster knowledge sharing.
• Translate business objectives into data-driven strategies with cross-functional teams.
