Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a senior ML Engineer to design and implement probabilistic methods for large healthcare datasets. You will train models, measure performance, and scale pipelines across cloud data warehouses.

Extract signals from structured and unstructured sources, develop probabilistic entity linking, and explore graph tech to deliver scalable insights. Fluency in English and strong Python skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and monitoring ML models in production.
• Experience with data/ML engineering, including ETL over large datasets and data-quality monitoring.
• Strong command of Python data-science libraries and ML tooling.

Responsibilities

• Measure existing model performance and find ways to improve it.
• Own the design of the new methodology and train next-gen models for scalability.
• Extract entities and attributes from heterogeneous data sources.
• Design and implement probabilistic entity linking across large healthcare datasets.
• Explore graph technologies and graph theory.
• Build and own analytics data store, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines.
