Siemens Gamesa in Poland is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data-Driven Project Modelling (DPM) team. You will own data pipelines, data models, and backend platform capabilities in Azure Databricks, collaborating with finance and warranty management to deliver scalable data solutions.

You will work in a small Agile Scrum team, taking ownership of technical initiatives, and ensuring data products are reliable and maintainable across geographies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data engineering experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on with Python, SQL, and large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of ELT/ETL, data governance and modern data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud data platform and data models on Azure Databricks.
• Build and enhance data pipelines for DPM to support financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Provide end-user documentation and enable self-service data usage.
