Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to shape the target data architecture for a large-scale cloud transformation in financial services. You will design enterprise-grade data platforms on Google Cloud, define Bronze/Silver/Gold patterns, and establish governance and data quality standards.

You will model data across domains, set up data lineage, and guide BigQuery-based solutions while ensuring security, IAM, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Experience with GCP and BigQuery in large-scale cloud transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse patterns (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Experience with data governance and metadata standards.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-scale data architecture and target-state data platform on GCP.
• Create data models (conceptual, logical, physical) for complex domains.
• Establish data governance, quality controls and metadata standards.
• Define integration architecture, data lineage and end-to-end data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data elements and enrichments.
• Support analysis-ready datasets and reusable data products.
• Provide architectural guidance for BigQuery-based solutions and cloud-native platforms.
• Assess cloud migration approaches and target-state options.
• Ensure alignment with security and IAM requirements.
• Contribute to architecture reviews and best practices.
