Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking for Senior Data/Business Analyst support a prioritized data analysis project in response to new PRA regulations regarding step-in risk. The successful candidates will possess strong data management skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and analytical capabilities, to ensure overall compliance and financial resilience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the scope and requirements are clearly understood and consistently applied.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess impacts on balance sheet and credit.
  • Collaborate with reporting workstreams to collate necessary data.
  • Identify, challenge, and assess step-in entities.
  • Support the design of the data collation process.
  • Design and implement a reporting framework for step-in risk submissions.
  • Track progress of deliverables and milestones.
  • Liaise between business lines and finance teams.
  • Perform quality checks for data integrity and compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with banking regulations and financial risk.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
