Job summary

Jobtailor in Warszawa seeks a controls testing professional to standardise methodologies, document processes with control owners, and perform walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing. You will escalate findings to stakeholders and analyse deficiency severity and impact.

You will validate remediation, manage monthly/quarterly/annual reports, support RCSA, and assist with AI adoption in testing initiatives, requiring a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of Accounting, Audit, ITGC or general Controls Testing experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Standardises and enhances control testing methodologies and practices.
• Partners with relevant business units and control owners to document processes and assess risks and controls.
• Controls testing execution including walkthroughs, design, and operating effectiveness testing.
• Escalates and communicates findings from testing to stakeholders.
• Analyse the severity of control deficiencies and their impact.
• Validate and monitor remediation of issues through assessment of corrective actions performed.
• Compile, manage, submit and socialize required monthly, quarterly or annual reporting including test results, dashboards and/or remediation status.
• Support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
• Assist with control projects, operational and/or corporate risk initiatives, and AI adoption testing.
