Job summary

Wargaming in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Concept Designer – Vehicles / Props to lead the creation of innovative vehicle designs, skins, and environmental concepts for our AAA title World of Tanks.

You will collaborate with the Art Director and cross-disciplinary teams, own your designs, iterate based on feedback, and mentor junior concept artists while contributing to streamlined workflows in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept art skills across styles and themes in games.
• Proficiency in digital art tools with understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to generate original concepts pushing visual design boundaries while aligning with project direction.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: create innovative designs and high-quality assets for games, including vehicle designs, skins, environments, characters, and UI elements.
• Collaboration: work with Art Director, Producer, and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment across development.
• Creative Ownership: take full ownership with minimal guidance and strong attention to detail.
• Iteration and Revision: refine concepts based on stakeholder feedback to improve aesthetics and functionality.
• Problem Solving: identify design challenges and propose practical solutions during reviews and meetings.
• Continuous Development: mentor concept artists and improve workflows.
• Action: seek and incorporate feedback to boost outcomes.
