Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex cloud-based solutions. This remote role requires deep expertise in Azure, security, and enterprise architectures, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and set standards across multiple projects.

You will mentor developers, craft roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals while driving scalable, cost-efficient cloud-native implementations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in solution architecture.
• This remote role requires high self-motivation, strong virtual collaboration, and distributed-location client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of complex cloud-based solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices across projects and teams.
• Mentor development teams on architectural principles and technology choices.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring scalability and performance of components.
• Deliver architectural blueprints and roadmaps for industrial and manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations to translate requirements into designs.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance system capabilities and optimize solutions.
• Ensure designs meet security and compliance standards, especially in Azure.
• Facilitate technical discussions and resolve architectural challenges.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
• Promote cloud-native principles and scalable architectures for growth.
• Provide guidance on cloud infrastructure, especially Azure, to optimize cost and resources.
• Offer guidance on on-premises solutions.
