We are looking for an experiencedSenior Cloud PlatformEngineer for a medtech project that will redesign the future of healthcare.

Profile

• 5+ years in any of SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or similar experience engineering and automating modern cloud environments, such as AWS or GCP, at scale.
• Strong software engineering background - able to adapt to a variety of programming, scripting, and configuration languages.
• Experience with modern Infrastructure as Code tools, CI workflow automation tools, and containerization and orchestration tools like: ○ Terraform, Packer, Ansible, Github Actions, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Strong debugging intuition - able to dig into issues at any layer of the software deployment stack.
• Comfortable working with a wide variety of teams / tech stacks.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English - able to easily break down technical barriers using concise verbal and visual communication languages.

Nice to have

• System design, ideally in a cloud environment such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Incident management and response
• CI/CD tools like Github Actions, Spacelift, etc.
• SQL (particularly PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
• Running managed Kubernetes in secure production environments (for example, using EKS to orchestrate a healthcare or financial application) HIPAA, PHI, PII, FedRAMP, SOC II, or SOX compliance experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of cloud infrastructure and devops processes for application teams, ai teams, data engineering teams, internal business teams, and other high visibility stakeholders
• Ensure the uptime of our cloud products - by improving system-wide visibility via dashboards, performing incident management responsibilities when necessary, and managing cloud deployments across teams.
• Cultivate and spread a healthy devops culture by working with teams to understand their workflows, and help developers reduce toil.
• Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of engineering initiatives.
