Job summary

Google Cloud's EasySaaS team is building a core platform layer that enables SaaS producers to deploy, upgrade and manage services at scale. You will influence architecture, design external APIs, and drive reliable software across Google Cloud Platform.

This role requires ownership, strong problem solving, and collaboration with product teams and customers to translate needs into practical, high‑quality solutions that scale globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in C++, Java, Go.
• 5 years designing scalable distributed systems and APIs.
• Experience building available systems and designing for resilience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of EasySaaS driving architecture and APIs.
• Ensure scalability and reliability for SaaS service producers deploying millions of instances.
• Provide technical oversight over delivery and quality of projects.
• Collaborate with product and customers to translate needs into technical designs and roadmaps.
• Perform experiments with design choices and open source technologies to verify assumptions.
