Job summary

Google Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, Networking to join a team that designs and supports Google Cloud networking products. You will work on troubleshooting complex customer issues, advise on network deployments, and help scale solutions for a global customer base.

The role requires coding or scripting experience, Linux/Unix systems expertise, and deep knowledge of TCP/IP and related networking concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in STEM.
• 9 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
• Experience with one scripting language (Python or shell).
• Systems experience with Linux/Unix.
• Experience with OS kernel, filesystems, and TCP/IP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical guidance on Google Cloud networking solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems for Google Cloud customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deployment obstacles.
• Develop in-depth understanding of Google Cloud networking technologies.
• Improve product supportability by coordinating with product engineering teams.
