Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an NCX Senior Engineer to drive Day 2 operational readiness for NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) infrastructure, overseeing large-scale AI clusters and production operations. You will partner with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to implement monitoring, remediation, and lifecycle practices across GPU, CPU, storage, and networking to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, cloud platform engineering, systems engineering, or similar roles in large-scale production environments.
• Strong Linux-based distributed systems and cloud infrastructure production experience.
• Experience crafting automation for infrastructure lifecycle management, failure detection, remediation, upgrades, and configuration management.
• Strong networking fundamentals across compute, network, and storage layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day 2 operational readiness efforts for NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) infrastructure.
• Build continuous infrastructure validation across GPU, CPU, storage, and network health for large-scale AI clusters.
• Establish observability and telemetry with monitoring, dashboards, and alarms across compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, and AI workloads.
• Develop automated detection and remediation workflows to isolate, repair, and validate unhealthy infrastructure with minimal disruption.
• Refine fleet lifecycle administration including driver/firmware management, node maintenance, and configuration drift detection.
• Operationalize NVIDIA reference architectures into repeatable production operating models and runbooks.
