Job description

Position / Title/ Name: Change Manager

Work model: Hybrid - 3-4 days/week on-site from Poznań (Nowy Rynek). We are open to also a few visits per month in case of a perfect match located in another city.

FTE: 100%

Project language: English

Project length: 12 months contracts + prolongations.

Start: ASAP / up to 1 month + running month notice period

Assignment type: B2B

Remuneration: up to 190 PLN/h

Department: Finance - Western Europe

Reporting Line: Change Lead – Elevate/S2P Change Manager

Number of Direct Reports: No direct reports

Budget Responsibility: None

Strategic Purpose of the Position: The Elevate S2P Change Manager is responsible for building and delivering a change plan for the S2P go-live in 2026 and the broader S/4 Go-live scheduled for 2027.

Personal Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Proven experience in change management and key change deliverables necessary to drive a digital transformation forward, including change impact assessment, change planning and execution, communication planning and execution & strategic stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP products including S/4 and Ariba), and their impact on in-country business processes.
  • Proven experience in planning to ensure timely delivery.
  • Strong ability to prioritize activities to realize the desired outcomes on stakeholder engagement and adoption.
  • Problem solution-oriented and hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong insights and experience with Finance and Procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Change Management methodology, stakeholder management, ERP systems, and resource management.

Professional Qualifications / Work Experience:

  • Education in Finance, Procurement, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant local markets.

Language Skills:

  • Business proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Main Responsibilities:

Operate within the broader Elevate Change Management Team through all phases and support all relevant projects and work packages.

  • Identify and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of S2P change activities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and support change management and engagement activities.
  • Develop and execute change management, stakeholder, and communication plans.
  • Report on progress and risks in accordance with programme governance.
  • Coordinate change management execution across all functions and markets.
  • Contribute to the change management playbook, tools, and assets.
  • Support the build of core stories and messages for strategic communications.
  • Drive change readiness across markets and functions.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in change management and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Proven planning skills for timely project delivery.
  • Strong prioritization skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem‑solving and hands‑on approach.
