Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our ML & AI team building next-gen AI computing platforms. You will write high-performance kernels, optimize the compiler and neural network stack for LLMs and CNNs, and collaborate with experts in architecture and ASIC design.

You should have 5+ years in C++/CUDA, strong ML model experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, and English at B2 or higher. Hybrid work in Poland with potential international travel and relocation opportunities are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in ML/AI.
• 5+ years of experience in C++ and CUDA/kernel programming.
• Experience with GPU/AI-accelerator architectures.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Write kernels in C++ for AI/ML workloads.
• Develop and optimize the compiler and neural network stack for LLMs/CNNs.
• Collaborate with experts in architecture/ASIC design.
• Design AI/ML kernel ops for GPU/accelerator architectures.
• Build and maintain ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Ensure kernel performance and correctness across NN architectures.
• Take ownership of key technical decisions as lead developer.
