We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with strong proficiency in modern C++ and solid knowledge of Linux-based environments. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-level software components, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions in technically demanding projects. Experience in automotive, energy, or telecommunication industries will be considered a strong advantage.

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ applications and libraries
• Ensure software performance, reliability, and scalability
• Work with Linux environments (build systems, debugging, shell scripting, etc.)
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
• Collaborate with system architects, testers, and integration engineers to ensure seamless project delivery
• Document code, designs, and processes in line with project standards

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in C++ software development
• Solid understanding of Linux OS, including development tools and environment configuration
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and object-oriented design principles
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Position is fully on‑site, with a 5‑day workweek in the Kraków office
