Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Senior C# Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365 in Poland. You will lead backend feature development, estimate effort, and collaborate with product management to shape requirements. You’ll guide code reviews and drive technical decisions while fostering a strong team culture and learning environment.

You will work with the latest .NET technologies, REST, PowerShell, and cloud tools, contributing to a secure, scalable data backup solution and supporting global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures and algorithms.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with responsibility and initiative.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency sufficient for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations.
• Analyze and establish business requirements with product management.
• Develop backend features for the product.
• Estimate efforts, costs, and capacity for features.
• Lead code reviews and drive technical decisions.
