Your responsibilities
  • Data Analysis for AI Insights: Gather information from various sources and provide analysis to derive insights regarding AI utilisation and its contribution to business value.
  • MI Report Development and Maintenance: Develop and sustain detailed reports to effectively monitor AI performance and ensure responsible AI.
  • Trend Identification and Strategic Support: Identify trends and patterns within data to support informed strategic decision‑making processes.
  • Collaboration with AI Engineers: Collaborate with AI engineers to develop requirements for new AI features.
  • Presentation and Communication: Create compelling presentations and communications that communicate data about AI performance and adoption, demonstrating how these technologies can enhance decision‑making processes and financial strategies.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and other emerging technology advancements relevant to the financial services sector. Share insights and knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join HSBC’s Group AI function to support the development of Generative AI products for HSBC. This individual will provide key business insights into AI and drive value creation using AI across the organisation through analysis, engagement, and collaboration across Group AI Management & Strategy and Value Streams.

The role demands a good understanding of AI technologies and their applications, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will work across multiple teams and with data from multiple sources to create valuable output ensuring AI performance and providing insights to drive adoption and successful development of AI.
