Etteplan to międzynarodowa firma technologiczna poszukująca doświadczonego Analityka Biznesowego. Będziesz analizować potrzeby klientów, definiować zakresy i zasady działania integracji między systemami, a także zbierać wymagania biznesowe i systemowe.

Dołączysz do międzynarodowego zespołu, będziesz prowadzić warsztaty, współpracować z interesariuszami i zespołami IT, a także modelować procesy (BPMN/UML) i przygotowywać user stories. Wymagamy min.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst or Consultant.
Experience in IT systems integration projects.
Gathering and defining requirements (client workshops, User Stories, use cases).
Translating business needs into technical language.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Analyze client business needs and design technical solutions.
Define scope, logic, and rules for system integrations.
Gather and specify business and system requirements with stakeholders.
Model and document business processes (BPMN/UML) and prepare analytics documentation.
Collaborate with developers, testers, UX/UI and DevOps.
Support deployment and testing, participate in UAT.
Lead analytical workshops and client meetings.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting projects.
Support sales with technical concepts and cost estimates.
