About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst.

Your Responsibilities
  • Model and document value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.
  • Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements and user stories.
  • Support business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development.
  • Maintain and track requirements/user stories in the system lifecycle.
  • Transfer business, user and technical needs into business requirements specification.
  • Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components and system features.
  • Analyze available systems.
  • Support identification of options for potential solutions.
  • Support preparation of business cases and feasibility studies.
  • Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance and change management.
  • Design, validate and test business processes to achieve process excellence.
  • Take a holistic approach in planning and managing programmes for continuous business process improvements.
Our Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to evaluate and translate mobile usability standards.
  • Proficient in gathering and refining mobile-specific requirements via user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog grooming.
  • Understanding of platform guidelines (Apple, Android), app store constraints and push notification policies.
  • Ability to use UX tools like Figma.
  • Knowledge of business processes modelling using BPMN notation.
  • Knowledge of requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of modeling notations such as UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
  • English: C1.
