Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Requirements Analyst to join a global energy platform project. You will collect and refine needs, write functional specs and user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP, Salesforce, and PLM integrations.

You will model processes and data flows, drive requirements workshops, and support testing and deployment to ensure compliant, scalable energy device configurations and pricing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis.
• Domain knowledge in energy, electrical devices, and transformers.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1) enabling daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Experience in conducting workshops, gathering, and analyzing business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements modeling.
• Willingness to work closely with technical issues and domain experts.
• Desire to understand processes and products related to the production, service, and monitoring of transformers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify needs related to monitoring energy devices.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, domain experts, and development teams.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Design integrations between client systems and external solutions (PLM, SAP, Salesforce).
• Support testing, deployments, and impact analysis of changes.
