Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, analysis, definition, and validation for the ClinSpark platform within the IQVIA Connected Devices group. This remote role collaborates with domain experts, product owners, and engineers to translate business needs into software requirements and ensure effective planning and reporting across internal functions.

You have a good understanding on how cloud-based SaaS / B2B products are built and maintained through the efforts of Agile software development teams.

About the role You’ll be part of a geographically diverse, highly professional team comprised of domain experts, former clinical research practitioners, product owners, business analysts, quality testers, and engineers tackling all aspects of our business and operations. This position is fully remote. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the efforts to gather, analyze, define, document, and validate software requirements. This will include key functions of the core web application, system & device integrations, data visualization, and reporting capabilities. All of these efforts will be an essential part of the IQVIA Connected Devices Product Delivery team, and supporting the overall growth and capabilities of the IQVIA Clinical eSource Platform. You will spend time with key stakeholders to understand challenges and determine needs vs wants. You’ll be expected to learn, understand, and document the product functionality and its capabilities. Over time, you might become an expert in a particular set of capabilities or workflows. This role will help drive effective planning, reporting, and analysis to internal functions. You will need to be organized, have excellent written/verbal communication skills, and be able to respond to time-sensitive tasks. You will create and contribute to technical documentation of the product in support of SDLC, including software design documents, functional specifications, and change requests. Occasionally, you will also need to create diagrams and other visual assets to depict capabilities and workflows. You must be able to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Atlassian systems (Jira and Confluence)
  • Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software and internal operational applications, etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products
  • Knowledge of Phase I-IV clinical trial operations and workflows
  • Expertise pertaining to clinical trial management software
  • Knowledge of applicable clinical research, regulatory and other requirements; i.e., Good Clinical Practice, HIPAA, GDPR, EMA, GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 160 200,00 zł - 297 300,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
