As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions that support our product, economy, and monetization strategies. You'll be working on some of the most engaging casual games in the market, helping teams translate massive data sets into actionable insights that directly shape the future of our games.

How will you make an impact with us?
  • Perform deep-dive analyses of player behavior and in-game economy to identify trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities for growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to product, monetization, and design teams based on player segmentation, retention, engagement, and LTV analysis.
  • Build advanced dashboards and visualizations (primarily in Tableau) to help stakeholders track KPIs and monitor game health in real time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with game teams, data engineering, and economy design to ensure alignment of insights and business goals.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify areas for optimization across the player journey - from acquisition to monetization and churn.
  • Mentor junior analysts and help define analytical best practices within the team.
