Zusammenfassung

Sonova Group seeks a Senior Design & Brand Specialist to bring the Sonova brand to life across digital, print and motion channels. You will work with Group Communications, Brand and Creative Studio teams to create assets and ensure consistent execution.

You’ll lead brand projects, evolve brand guidelines, and manage tools and processes to streamline requests. Strong English is required, with 5+ years in graphic/brand design and a portfolio demonstrating impactful visuals.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or equivalent experience/portfolio.
• 5+ years of graphic/brand design experience, ideally in an agency or international corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.

Aufgaben

• Create and evolve brand assets, graphics, templates and motion content in line with Sonova’s brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistent visual brand implementation across digital, print, video and communication campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of Sonova’s corporate identity and design guidelines and conduct brand checks.
• Lead cross-functional brand and design projects, developing scalable solutions for stakeholders across the organization.
• Support brand evolution and rebranding initiatives.
• Manage brand-related tools, including brand and digital asset management platforms, ensuring assets and documentation remain up to date.
• Develop and manage an efficient process for handling brand and design requests.
