Job summary

BPX S.A. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an international transformation program focused on Pricing, BI, Data Readiness, and AI-enabled processes.

You will operate at the intersection of business, data, and technology, going beyond requirements to define KPI logic, data sources, and reporting needs. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate them for cross-functional teams across BI, Data, IT, and Product.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in complex business and tech environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Practical experience with KPI reporting and data-driven decision support.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with UAT and collaboration with technical teams.
• Very good English.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and business workshops.
• Gather and analyze business, functional and reporting requirements.
• Define KPIs, business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing reports, dashboards and information needs.
• Support design and development of BI solutions.
• Analyze data sources, quality and gaps.
• Support data cleansing, reconciliation and validation activities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Collaborate with BI, Data, IT and Product teams.
• Prepare and coordinate UAT.
• Analyze data discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Support rollout and adoption of new solutions.
• Contribute to initiatives related to Pricing, Data Readiness and AI in business processes.
