This role requires hands-on leadership in security governance and risk management. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in ASP.NET processes, along with a strong background in software system upgrades and modernization. Flexibility in working hours may be required for production rollouts, offering a contract duration of 12 months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET MVC framework.
• 5+ years of experience with C#.
• 5+ years of experience with Visual Studio.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET Framework.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with DB2.

Responsabilités

• Participate in team projects to remediate and upgrade systems.
• Modernize legacy systems to ASP.NET MVC or CORE environments.
• Ensure compliance with agency security requirements.
• Migrate systems from older platforms to newer platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues.
• Monitor system performance and execute recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with teams for design, testing, and implementation.
