Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Recognition Accountant to join our Global Order to Cash team. You will ensure accuracy of AR, support monthly close, and lead revenue recognition activities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Billing, and FP&A, handling cash application, reconciliations, audits, and process improvements while upholding strong internal controls. Fluent English is required, with French a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Revenue or General Accounting.
• Experience with IFRS 15 / ASC 606; SaaS knowledge preferred.
• Experience supporting external audits.
• ERP systems knowledge (Workday preferred) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue data and perform analyses to support timely recognition.
• Process daily cash application and resolve unapplied cash.
• Close monthly revenue and AR with reconciliations.
• Calculate bad debt provisions and support write-offs.
• Prepare audit documentation and maintain internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve OTC processes and automation.
