Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applications development or systems analysis.
• Strong programming knowledge and ability to manage and implement projects.
• SME expertise in at least one Applications Development area.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design follows architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet business goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, delegating work as needed.
• Escalate risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies and ethical standards.
