The CapgeminiDigital Customer Experience (DCX)helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.

Your responsibilities
  • co-developing and enhancing mobile applications based on the Android platform, engaging in various phases of the software development process (requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and publishing in the Google Play Store) depending on your level of experience and expertise;
  • taking responsibility for part or all of the system, depending on the project;
  • integrating applications with the backend, cloud, enterprise platforms, and low-code solutions;
  • collaborating with UX and UI experts to ensure the best possible user experience and, consequently, customer satisfaction.
Our requirements
  • at least 5 years of experience in developing native applications for the Android platform; experience in iOS or hybrid technologies will be an additional advantage;
  • proficiency in Kotlin or Java and Android SDK;
  • practical knowledge of design and architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, dependency injection (Dagger, Hilt), reactive programming (RxJava, RxBinding),
  • databases (Room, Realm, SQLite), network communication (REST, JSON, Retrofit), Android Jetpack, as well as version control systems like Git and Gitflow;
  • basic knowledge of mobile DevOps and CI/CD;
  • fluent communication in English and German (B2+ level).
