Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Senior EPM (Anaplan) Developer/Architect for an ongoing client assignment across Poland and international markets. You will lead or support enterprise-scale EPM transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Anaplan implementations.

The role involves requirements gathering, model design, and solution architecture, translating business needs into scalable Anaplan models, and collaborating with international project teams. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Anaplan implementations or other EPM tools.
• Proven background as Senior Developer/Consultant with exposure to solution architecture responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
• Hands-on experience in designing and building Anaplan models with complex use cases.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into scalable system solutions.
• Experience working directly with clients and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support enterprise-scale EPM transformation initiatives with a focus on Anaplan.
• Act as trusted advisor to Finance, Controlling, and Business stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and target-state design for planning and reporting processes.
• Translate business needs into scalable Anaplan models and solution architecture.
• Design and build planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario models in Anaplan.
• Collaborate with international project teams and client management across geographies.
• Contribute to solution architecture decisions (data flows, model design, performance optimization).
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and presentations for delivery and pre-sales.
