Join Us as Senior Analyst, Benefits & Wellness – EMEA (Krakow, Poland or Brussels, Belgium)

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Benefits & Wellness to design, administer, and deliver competitive and compliant employee benefits and wellness programs across the EMEA region. This role ensures our programs are cost‑effective, aligned with business objectives, and enhance employee experience. You will work closely with HR, Finance, vendors, and consultants to drive excellence in benefits and wellness initiatives.

What will your role be?
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of health, retirement, and wellness programs across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for benefits policies and processes, supporting HRBPs and employees with queries.
  • Partner with HR and payroll teams for timely administration and updates of benefits and allowances.
  • Contribute to the design and roll‑out of new benefit initiatives and harmonization projects across countries.
  • Analyze and benchmark programs to ensure competitiveness and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Support vendor and broker relationships, including renewals, RFPs, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate on wellness strategies and engagement campaigns to promote physical, mental, and financial well‑being.
  • Participate in regional and global projects, driving process improvements and enhancing employee experience.
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in benefits and/or wellness program management, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of EMEA benefits practices, statutory requirements, and market trends
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS/Payroll systems
  • Experience managing vendors and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Collaborative mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
