Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading and delivering cybersecurity data related solutions across large-scale enterprise environments, including security, networking, and big data technologies.
• Extensive experience in system and application development, operating systems and cloud architecture with hands-on expertise.
• Cross-functional technologies knowledge (network security, detection and response, threat management, vulnerability scanning).
• Proficiency in modern development languages and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of applying AI/LLM technologies to security and operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of practical solutions addressing underlying security challenges with sustainable systems and measurable outcomes.
• Explore complex systems and data sources to identify integration opportunities, improve data reliability, and strengthen security capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to communicate complex concepts and translate challenges into actionable solutions.
• Drive ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement while mentoring engineers through technical leadership.
