WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking an AI Enterprise Technical Lead to drive an enterprise AI program for a major global brand. You will own delivery architecture, run client-facing discovery workshops, and balance hands-on engineering with technical leadership to shape scalable AI solutions.

Formación

• Strong experience designing and delivering GenAI/AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures, and RAG workflows.
• Hands-on engineering with integration to application services and APIs.
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
• Strong software architecture, API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience combining LLM capabilities with deterministic application logic.
• Context engineering, retrieval, structured model outputs and AI evaluation.
• Understanding security, identity/access governance and human oversight in enterprise AI.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and solution design, while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to explain complex tech decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery and solution design translating business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Shape architecture across AI agents, orchestration, retrieval and enterprise integrations.
• Define boundaries between AI capabilities and deterministic logic.
• Design agent workflows, context management, tool usage and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Shape RAG/knowledge solutions including retrieval from trusted sources.
• Design integrations between AI workflows, APIs and existing enterprise platforms.
• Ensure security, identity, access governance, observability and auditability.
• Convert discovery outcomes into architecture, scope and backlog.
• Lead engineers with hands-on guidance and code reviews.
• Establish AI evaluation, testing and continuous improvement processes.
