Ampere in Poland is seeking an AI Performance principal Software Engineer to lead development and optimization of cutting-edge AI frameworks. You will push the boundaries of high-performance computing and energy-efficient AI compute on cloud-native platforms.

You will design scalable systems, collaborate across teams, validate AI tools like PyTorch and ONNX, and mentor others while staying ahead of AI research trends. This role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math or related field plus 8 years' experience; or a Master's with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ with a strong focus on performance tuning.
• 3+ years building or optimizing high-performance computing systems and cloud architectures.
• Experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, llama.cpp, ONNX) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently in fast-paced teams.
