Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Customer Success/Partnership Solutions Architect to join the Infrastructure Specialist Team in Poland. The role focuses on leading hands-on optimization of GPU-accelerated systems and AI workloads, serving as a technical authority, and guiding infrastructure decisions at scale.

You will refine monitoring, drive improvements across data centers, and participate in post-deployment reviews to enhance the customer experience. Travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale data center service operations with an infrastructure focus.
• BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in CS/EE/Physics/Math or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on analysis, optimization, and performance tuning of GPU-accelerated systems and AI workloads.
• Serve as senior technical authority on NVIDIA technologies and guide infrastructure decisions at scale.
• Establish monitoring/optimization methodologies using analytics, telemetry, and automation.
• Join post-deployment reviews and drive customer experience improvements.
• Complete and lead complex technical projects from design through implementation with SLA alignment.
• Identify AI infrastructure opportunities in cloud/enterprise environments.
