WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an AI Enterprise Technical Lead to drive a high-profile enterprise AI delivery for a global brand. You will own discovery, design architecture for AI agents and RAG workflows, and guide hands-on engineering across Azure services and integrations.

You will shape pragmatic choices on LLM usage vs deterministic software, manage security and governance, and work client-facing through workshops and architecture discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures, RAG and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions and integrating them with APIs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
• Strong software architecture, API design and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience combining LLM-based capabilities with deterministic logic.
• Context engineering, retrieval and AI evaluation.
• Understanding security, identity, governance and human oversight in enterprise AI.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery and solution design translating business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Shape architecture across AI agents, orchestration, RAG/retrieval, Azure services and enterprise integrations.
• Define boundaries between AI/LLM and deterministic application logic.
• Design agent workflows, context management and controls.
• Shape enterprise knowledge solutions including retrieval from trusted sources.
• Design integrations between AI workflows, APIs and existing platforms.
• Ensure security, identity, governance and observability.
• Turn discovery outcomes into architecture and backlog.
• Lead engineers with hands-on guidance and code reviews.
