Job summary

N-iX is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong focus on AI Engineering to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions for the insurance industry. The role emphasizes Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Computer Vision.

You will design autonomous AI agent systems, build production-grade AI products, and collaborate with a team of data scientists and AI engineers to move solutions from concept to deployment across international markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial data science/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on with ML, DL, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience building production AI systems.
• Solid software engineering background.
• Experience with data analysis and AI product development.
• Degree in CS/DS/Math/Physics/Engineering or equivalent.
• Upper-intermediate+ English level.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agent systems for the insurance domain.
• Build production-ready AI solutions using multi-agent systems, LLMs, RAG, and Computer Vision.
• Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies.
• Develop scalable AI products for international markets.
• Collaborate with a team of Data Scientists and AI Engineers.
• Take AI solutions from architecture and PoC through production deployment.
• Participate in building proprietary AI models for the insurance industry.
