Job summary

DXC Luxoft in Poland is seeking an AI Agentic Developer to implement solutions within a Tier-1 wealth management bank. You will work on production-grade LLM and agentic capabilities, integrate services with enterprise platforms, and design reusable AI workflows using LangGraph and LLMs.

This role requires strong Python skills, hands-on Git/GitLab CI/CD experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specs in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD in a team environment.
• Hands-on experience in agentic AI system design and orchestration.
• Good prompt engineering skills for LLM control and output reliability.
• Solid understanding of Model Garden.
• Able to understand the business requirements and convert into tech specifications.
• Ready to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade LLM and agentic capabilities, covering prompt and model configuration, evaluation, guardrails and monitoring.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and support approval, documentation and operational readiness.
• Problem-solving ability with logical reasoning.
• Design and develop reusable agentic AI workflows with LangGraph and LLMs.
• Craft and refine clear, effective prompts for diverse tasks.
• Use Git for version control and GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
